SEAFOOD MEDLEY
4oz. V-10 Diver
Scallops
1 Lime
2 Sprigs of Cilantro |
Dash of Salt
Dash of Pepper
2oz. White Wine |
Procedure: Slice scallops horizontally, then marinade in
remaining ingredients for 45 minutes. Serve on a bed of shaved ice
along side shrimp cocktail and jumbo lump crabmeat. Dollop
cocktail sauce and yellow pepper remolaude on the
side.
